Broke my 5km jog's timing..28:03mins
finally, slp till around 11am before i woke up to get ready to go to sch for some self trainin, even thou my sch start at 3pm, i reached sch around 1pm...before my gym exercise, went for a 2.4km run at the track...such a disappointment to c i complete 6 rounds using 13:05mins...i failed if i use dis timin for my napfa...sian...
after tat, went to bodywatch as our clubroom gym is look due to the mgmt team got some prob wit some of our water sports club CCA....anyway, same thing for today:
MUSCULAR STRENGTH TRAINING:

after gym, went to bath den to class...durin class den i realize i need to submit some assignment which is given out last wk, but teacher giv us another chance by emailin it to him before tml 10am...well..ofcos i did it, n hav emailed him...worse thing is tat, i tot it was suppose to be 2 hrs tutorial lesson, but end up is 1hr..so i end up realeasin at around 4:15pm..so went over to ding's lab to slack until around 5.30pm when zaw called me sayin he wanna meet up wit me to go over to clubroom..so went over to meet zaw...walked to north canteen wantin to buy drink, saw tongsheng n gals..so went over to chat, around 15min or more later, saw garrett n guys walkin towards fruit juice stall..so eventually i called over...den slack somemore till around 6.15pm before all of us proceed to clubroom to gather...it was one of the usual long briefin...n nope, we dint get our comp tee today becos it was slightly delayed, which tml den we can collect frm jiexin, our vice cap...watch some video, listen to wat patrick hav to say, almost all 3 yrs the same thing "others is not ur enemy, ur enemy is only urself" bla bla bla...haha...
after briefin was around 8plus pm, so rode home, hopin to reach home earlier for a 5km jog...get prepared after i reached home n went out at around 9pm...guess wat???i tried to jog n a slight higher ratin, n end up breakin my fastest 5km jog's timin which is suppose to be 29min flat...n now, i improve by a min which is 28.03mins....it was super overwhelmin happy for me, frm dis i believe i could continue improvin my timin, by slowly increase my ratin bit by bit...
after got back frm jog, rest awhile before eatin dinner, fried rice as per usual, my maid hav no creativity, everytime cook the same...really dun feel lyk eatin her food le...her body recipe cant hold more den 5 food recipe...nv change much de...sian...
after tat, skype wit dear jaslyn, meanwhile watched a video showin a japanese woman giving birth to a baby without goin thru surgery, in another word, she's jus mainly pushin it out...super duper gross...i watch until feel lyk vomiitin le...haha..
well well..i think i shall end here...tml den continue my life..haha
tml prog is more or less simple, get up for a jog, or for the night
1-3pm lecture, collect comp tee with 4-5pm range...n off i go, go home!!!!
oh ya...n drivin in the after noon...say 11:30am-1pm...
