GYM GYM GYM!!!!~
well..today was rather short n sweet...
woke up rather late at around 10am...hav another lesson of driving, cos thurs n fri not free...
driving was rather fine today...finish drivin at around 1pm. when i headed to sch for class which starts at 1pm...
ended class at around 2.30pm, went for lunch wit ding at KouFu...ate BanMian...long time nv eat banmian le..before lunch saw fu, n get to noe his meetin jiayi to gym at 3pm..so meet them after havin lunch wit ding, when ding went back to his fyp room...
bodywatch gym was packed wit a lot of users, so the 3 of us plus fu's fren, went to yck gym...not much ppl i guess...looks like empty when entered, but wat i would say will be the gym facilities thr wasnt tat up to standard...equipments r rather old...hmm...like old sch..arnold season..haha...hmm...did some exercise for chest n lats...
more or less MUSCULAR STRENGHT TRAINING:
1)Inclined Chest Press(10reps)-15kg, 17.5, 20
2)Dumbbell Press(10reps)-17.5kg,20,22.5
3)Dumbbell Flyes(15reps)-3sets x 10kg
4)Barbell Press(10reps)-20kg,25,30(7reps)
5)Lats Pulldown(10reps)-120lbs,130,140
my weight was 79.8kg before training...
after trainin my weight was 79.6kg...
after gym, had dinner at Koufu agn...but ate western food, chicken chop...soon after dinner, went over to jiayi house to play abit oh mahjong wit kuan wee, jia hao, n fu...all the way until 9pm, n came online to skype wit dear...hmm...until now...which is around 12mn...goin to slp le...haven been skype-in wit her dis few days..n today's skype was so much fun....rite dear??*wink*...haha

tml mornin still got trainin, as in mornin row at 7am...
tml prog is rather straight forward..
mornin row, self land trainin, den studies at 3pm...
after 5pm when class end, den im a free man...coach took out land trainin tml...but most likely will hav rowin on fri, which is deepavali..haha..
