trainin make my muscle scream for help, but love the way it screams..
jus got back frm trainin, waitin for my turn to bath, as xuan was bathin rite now??...
hmm..was rather shag frm the land trainin i had...
okay, start frm the noon, went to sch at around 2.30pm, to print some papers for the class at 3pm..it was Personal Development...n only today, den i realize the class is havin presentation abt some SMART goals thingy...like wat u wanna do, or gonna achieve by wk 14??...firstly, mine was to achieve class 3 license by wk 14..but i think it will be too borin, so end up, ive decided to do...as per usual, abt my weight...it will be reachin 70kg by wk 14...althou i noe it will be thou..atleast, if it's achieved, there will be proof of my goals, n i'll be happy to achieve tat goals..my classmates n teacher will be impress, cos 10 kgs in 10wks is rather tough job to handle..hmm...class until 5pm...
went for trainin after 5pm, had a egg mayo sandwich...hmm...cos im rather empty in the stomach as i only at breakfast at around 10plus....hmm...
we started wit a 2 rounds warm up, den gym after stretchin, did:
1)Barbell Bench Press(8-10reps)-20kg,30,35,40
2)Clean 'n' Jerk(8-10reps)-10kg,15,17.5,17.5
3)Upright Row(10reps)-12.5kg,15,17.5,17.5
4)Shoulder Press(10reps)-12.5kg,15,17.5,20
5)Upper Arm Crank(8-10reps)-20kg,22.5,25,27.5
6)Bridging-3sets x Front, Left, Right
7)Push Ups-52reps, 78, 104
8)Jog- i hav no idea how many rounds we jogged
after slack n chatted abit, before headin home..im gonna skype wit dear later..but im sorry tat we can on chat until 12mn...but tml, we can actually chat longer...okay??...misses u...hmmm...hope u could understand...
